Connecting Creative Communities vision  is to offer substance abuse education and recovery support to individuals and community organizations to enhance their effectiveness in encouraging and building leaders, strengthen the capacity and growth of their organizations and consumers and support recovery efforts of individuals and groups.  Designed to create community connections, CCC works collectively with The National Hook Up of Black Women, Urban Collective and PEER Inc.  to provide the WOMENS WORTH project. The project creates  a level of care that responds to 5 key elements that improve the quality of life for the recovering community.
